stupid me just found the calendar w/the WOD's. exactly how do i read these properly?

for instance:

"Saturday 040221
For total time, 21-18-15-12-9-6- and then 3 rep rounds of:
95-pound barbell thruster
Pull-ups"

this site is awesome, and everyone on this forum has been kick ***. sorry for the bonehead questions :-)

You'll want to do the following in this order:

21 barbell thrusters @ 95 lbs (or any weight you can manage)
21 pull-ups
18 barbell thrusters
18 pull-ups
15 barbell thrusters
15 pull-ups
etc...

Once you finish your final three pull-ups, you're done.
