incline/decline bench 20-20 15-20lbs first time doing these in a while...my shoulder paid the price for the rest of the day

100 incline push ups

fat grip seated row 10-10-10 105-115-125

more life chores and watched 1 great football game and one real bad one

Yesterday:
30 minute XC ski. Nice to be out. Trail was groomed for skating not classic so I went off into the woods for a quick loop where some single track was down. We actually got no new snow this weekend...none...not a flake.

Oh and 9 years ago Saturday this happened, and I'm still not dead and can lift stuff ,so it's all good.

5 @ 265, rm (8) 285

1.5" deficit frog stance dead lift 6-6-6-6 205-225-285-295

worked tonite with 2 young guns 35 & 43....it was great to have them push me....but i still wooped their butts in the squats :pepper: :pepper:

@ JT holy crap on those presses! :yikes:

I love old school Clean and Press. I understand WHY it needed to be eliminated as an event, but just think it is such a shame. To me it is the coolest test of pure weight lifting bad assedness on the planet.
