Started crossfit few weeks ago with some background on climbing and mountaineering. Already started having gains in agility, strength and other issues, wanted to drop a line to this great community.

Right on man! Welcome aboard. I'm pretty new myself (been doing the WOD for about 2 months) and I have to say the program is working for me. Good luck and keep us posted.
