back at it tonight after 3 days of r and r at a buddy's cabin in the middle of nowhere.....bike rides, dog walks and beer drinking.....

Been traveling and working long hours. At least I was able to do Burpees (Yay! Burpees!!) each day!

We got 4 Rounds + 90 Felt good! I wasn't paying attention and did 15 hang cleans the 1st 3 sets... DOH!!!!
