Wow this is rough.
2nd WOD
10 rounds
6 pullups
6 burpees

done in 15:21

upset with my self :ranting2: that i did not even try as rx'd, it still made me throw up so i guess it was a good workout

cf warmup
wod 16:31 running backward was very difficult, not enough coordination to go very fast.

then off to gym to do my first cft, so that i can come back and see my progress. i am at the intermediate level on the chart, i think that is pretty good as this was the first time in almost 1 year to go heavy, or even attempt these lifts do to a torn rotator cuff.

i think i will try the cf beginner workout to build my strength back up, especially in my shoulders.
start at (i am adding pullups and dips)

dead/press/squat x12
pull up/dip/pull up x12
400m
dead/press/squat x12
pull up/dip/pull up x12
400m
dead/press/squat x12
pull up/dip/pull up x12

run tues /thurs
400m x 4 increasing laps every 2 weeks
