Ah high praise, thanks Christin!! I generally struggle with the burpees, but I was on my game for them. Burt your time wasnt bad by the comments page. I saw one post of 40some min.

Running long distance builds character Ricky, especially if last time you hit a good PR and have to go chasing the time like I will be tonight. Just give it a go once and then at least you can say you have tried running while doing a heavy lifting programme. One of my goals is to deadlift 200K the same day I run 5k sub 20 mins.
