Try it, it's a lot of fun. Didn't have the usual fire to go super hard as I was the only one doing it today...

3:00 break.

I was going to do 3 rounds of 15 KTE and 100foot lung with 50 lbs. But only got 1 round in when Brady wanted to catch up on yesterdays WOD, so i helped him.

Yes put Brady through some fun. If you want to have some real pain try a 5k row, I was so dizzy and light headed at the end I layed flat on my face.

10:00 break, 2 muscleups, trying to get the regrip at the top for repping them, no luck. Tried more, but couldnt get past the transition. lever work. 30 ghd situps.

Its a slow negative and re-grip through the transition Nik, not at the very top of the dip. Try it next time when your hands are nearly in your armpits on the way down from the first muscle up, thats where I always re-grip.

I'm jealous Nik, I have never attempted a muscle up on rings. Hopefully one day I'll get some rings to give it a try. I'm curious to see the differences on a MU and pullups and dips.
