Bake-Dried Apple Chips -- Are they paleo?

http://www.barefruitsnacks.com/store...&id=B0017I753O

The only ingredients in this product are organic apples and organic cinnamon, but the apples are dried, which I typically avoid. Does the fact that they are "bake-dried" make a difference? Is this an acceptable snack?

Thank you.

As long as the ingredients are limited to what you listed, they are paleo. The method of preparation is irrelevant.

Honestly, who cares. If you like them, eat them.

^ This. One non-paleo piece of food you eat isn't going to immediately give you celiac disease and ruin your diet.
