Did the 31 heroes WOD yesterday...Bradley did most of the work but we did win :-) AMRAP in 31 mins 8 Thrusters 6 Rope climbs 11 box jumps 30 inch box Partner WOD. One person works while the other person runs (walks) with a 45# sandbag. Rope climbs killed me... 6 rounds + 1 Thruster. |

Back squat 3 - 225 3 - 255 3 - 285 3 - 315 3 - 320 (miss) 2 ****es me off. I thought 315 was a PR but went back through my log and nope...had to attempt 320 which was probably dumb. I was ready mentally for the 315 and it didn't feel too bad. Also smashed my hand on a pin and cut my hand up a bit. live and learn. |
