Improved squat...?
Hey guys thanks to everyone that posted on my last videos. I worked on everything that was mentioned widening my stance, lower bar positioning, depth, and hip drive. I really tried to focus on hip drive and grasp the concept which i think i have. For my deadlift I increased the weight significantly but not sure on form. My bodyweight is still 165lbs. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Squat looks MUCH, much better!

Deadlift - chest up, set your back.

Squats look pretty good, much better

Deadlift starting position is still a little off. Chest up slightly, butt down slightly and work on tightening your back. That should make a difference in how your pull feels off the floor also.

cool, Thanks guys. My squat felt much stronger specially out of the bottom. I thought my back wasn't tight like it should be on my deadlift. Thanks again for the help.
