I feel like a drowned cat that's been beaten with bats. I can finally eat crackers every now and then, but this barely able to walk feeling's gotta go. Anyone have some home remedies, or basically anything, that can help speed recovering?

I don't normally touch it but might be the time for a gallon of gatorade, you may be really dehydrated.

+1. Hydration is key, and Gatorade is good to get some extra stuff into your limited intake system. You may want to cut it half and half with water though.

I had it about a month ago and it was horrible... I hate gatorade, but it did help. That and jello. Beyond that, just time.
