Front Squat - built up to 88kg/195# x1.

Bench Press - built up to 54kg/120# x5.

2.5km Run - 12:38 PR by 2 seconds!!!

Tabata Intervals on bike trainer - ouch!

Wasn't sure what to expect today. I haven't done much barbell conditioning work lately and haven't done a Snatch or Clean & Jerk in over a month. I'm happy! YAY!

30 Chinups

Time: 48:34 - PR for time, PR for not tearing and therefore PR for not crying. LOL!! First time doing it with this weight though, in the past I've always used the "guys" weight for the swings so 32kg/70#. It was much nicer with the lighter bell today. :)

3 Rounds: 20 Double Unders + 10 Banded Squats + 20 Banded Lateral Steps + 5 Ring Chinups + 5 Ring Dips.

Squats 103kg/228# x2.

Weighted Strict Chinups 32kg/71# x1- PR for Strict (sorry for the ****ty camera angle. ha!).

Also did 34kg & 35kg but had a little "pop" at the end to get my chin over.

30 Muscleups:
Time: 6:03 - PR and no false grip.

I may suck at squats but I'm good at other stuff. :D

Time: 5:57 or 6:08.

I'm 99% sure I did 31 reps in 6:08. If so, then my 30 rep time was 5:57. (PR is 5:29). I really took my time, I expected it to be much slower. :)
