Warm-up Group Stretch Metcon 45 minute time cap Hotshots 19 (Time) 6 Rounds for time of: 30 Squats 19 Power Cleans [115] 7 Strict Pull-ups 400m Run Did not finish. Completed 5 full rounds, and 30 squats and 16 power cleans in 6th round. Compare to September 3, 2013 where I used the same weight and finished in 44:35. It was very hot and humid today, but me not finishing was more mental. I finished round 3 with 22 minutes on the clock and told myself there was no way I could speed up my pace to do 3 more rounds in the same time. My mental game has improved dramatically but I let myself down on this one. |
