With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Warm-up: 2hrs of flag football

I couldn't do anymore because I drank 3 beers before I started, yeah I know, I'm stupid. The bright side is that I don't think that I'll be drinking anytime soon, this experience really sucked!
