Re: Nik
10:00 break (almost forgot to post)
daily squat 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 325lbs(147k) x1 last reps I stalled for a second and had to really grunt it up, but I got it with good form, still fighting my knees out. I figure I always will. Pretty happy with the heat sickness from yesterday. Now I need to get through my dead lift and the metcon and I will be good. |
Re: Nik
5/3/1 dead lift
115lbs x3 185lbs x3 235lbs x3 285lbs x3 315lbs(142k) x3 last set tough here, but got it fine. 'FRANPEE' 21,15, & 9 rep rounds for time of: •Thrusters (40/25kg) •Over-bar Burpees time 10:42 first round broken at 11 I think, second in 5s, last straight through burpees slow and steady. I had no gas, no real drive. I am still a bit weak from yesterdays heat, but I pushed through the ''I want to stop'' monty thing. |
Re: Nik
3:00 break
not much, Brady and I walked arround the track for a mile and talked about cars. |
Re: Nik
I forget how much hotter it is were you live Nik, we love any heat , its rained every day for our summer, blue sky is like a dream. Nice work on Franpee, its horrible.

Re: Nik
Hey Nik,
Thought I'd check-in briefly while I'm in the neighborhood. That daily squat work is insane. I'd be thrilled with a 2xBW squat, let alone doign it on short rest every day. You're a machine. |

Thanks Scott, I was not in shape after the heat exaustion thing. I had no gass and just got through it, now it would be different. Cathy is from Ireland( as you know) I lived there for a year and ''enjoyed'' the daily rain. [QUOTE=Patrick Haskell;1079513]Hey Nik, Thought I'd check-in briefly while I'm in the neighborhood.
