Got a strained rotator cuff. Been rehabbin'. Need to get motivated to lift/exercise again. Can someone help me out with a workout that does not hurt my shoulder. Compound movements are welcome. Okay, I'll start front squats.

An old favorite from a WOD a long, long time ago:
3 rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
20 Box Jumps, 24" box
15 reps of deadlift of just your bodyweight on the bar (I use two DBs, each at half-BW).
12 minutes is nice time. Best I ever heard of was about 9:30, and that guy was a freak of nature. Works the legs hard in 3 different ways. Very little strain on the shoulder(s), no overhead pressing. I did this WOD a lot when I was working around a rotator cuff injury.
