1.16.14 strength cycle
 
Today was my max effort lower body day with some extras I threw in. I am slowly progressing to the body weight I want with 10 pounds added over the last two months.

Body Weight 168

Box Squats
135x5
185x5
225x3
275x3
315x3
315x6
345x2 ( Felt light. Forgot my belt in the car so I didnt go beyond this weight. Next time I'll give 365 a go.)

Front Squat
135x5
185x5
225x3
275x1
295x1

Rack Pulls

185x10
225x 3x10

Pullups (Always Strict)
5reps
30 sec break
x5

Farmers Walk 100lb dumbell
