Tonight:

11 minute amrap: 10 snatches/15 wallballs. Snatches will be ascending: 75, 105, 135, 165, 195, 225, 255, 285

That's my guess anyway. With the vid posted of Rich doing snatch-grip pulls off the blocks last night, I think a snatch has to be involved.

The athletes 100% have no idea what the WOD is going to be. At best, Rich is just guessing like the rest of us.

The Instagram pages for CrossFit and the CrossFit Games show some of the venue setup for the 15.1 announcement.

I see barbells, bumper plates, a plyo box, and a small Rogue rig. It may be some variation of Fran? Maybe deadlifts, box jumps, pull-ups? We'll know tonight. It should be a fun show.

...Or Castro could just be trolling by laying out equipment that won't be used.

Bingo. Have we all forgotten about last year already? This was commonplace.

And as far as posting the video of Rich snatching off blocks, HQ doesn't ever give vague hints as to what the WODs will be. They come right out occasionally with things like the chipper video last year though.

I just like taking a stab at it. Its true though, everything could be misdirection. Nobody would ever suspect they'd get two guys together that are great with a barbell and have them do burpee box jumps and triple unders, but it could happen.

Remember these 2 guys placed 1 and 2 at the CrossFit Games, not the "Heavy Barbell Games". Castro might want to make a point that these guys are more than just good lifters. Could just be a light burner...

For some reason I'm thinking a retest from 2011 of 11.3 or 11.4:

Repeat of 13.1

I guess more so 11.4

The OHS were 120# for men and at that time was considered heavy. I would bet scores would be much higher if it was retested.

Froning's team has begun to appear. So far he is with Matt Hewett (obviously), and the ladies thus far are Elly Kabboord (http://games.crossfit.com/athlete/58202 wfs) and Kristin Reffett (http://games.crossfit.com/athlete/3605 wfs)......

I wonder who else will be added. I assumed Thomas Cox but we will see
