One thing I've not seen a clear answer too is:
Does IF decrease bf %

The logic behind the theories makes sense. Experientially, what types
of results have you seen.

It seemed in several of the reports you mentioned on the Crossfit
forums that bf% increased with IF.

"A higher amount of body fat was found in both groups of animals
adapted to intermittent fasting (standard laboratory diet, high-fat
diet) but adapted animals fed a high-fat diet showed less body fat
than adapted animals fed a standard laboratory diet."

Bryan-

I've never had my bodyfat measured properly before, but I am pretty lean and have not gained any bodyfat since starting IF last May. I eat a high fat Paleo diet.

I was 21% in early September.

I'm IF'ing 2-3d/week. Report due late November. However, this weekend may have thrown all scientific method out the window.
