Since starting and keeping 90% compliant on Zone/Paleo/Raw type eating and beginner WODs i've lost 20 pounds and went from 38 to 35 waist since April.

The weight is coming off at a consistant rate of about 1-1.5 lbs w/ week. Thanks CROSSFIT.

Wow Kevin. That's significant progress. You must feel really good. I gained some weight and lost it in the past, and there's no better feeling than realizing you need new pants. I bet you've made a lot of performance gains too, for the weight to be coming off so consistently.

i haven't really measured my performance gains but I know they are there. I'm still trying to constantly incorporate new WOD's into the mix. As one indicator.. my max bench press did go up 30lbs without hardly any bench work at all.

Only downfall of crossfit is that its gonna cost me money..... for new pants :-)

Nice thing is now that you've found CF and have changed your lifestyle, once you settle you'll never need to do a wardrobe purchase again. Your waist size will remain pretty consistent for the rest of your life...
