Evolution of the Crossfit Athlete

From the time I heard about this site a few years ago and seeing the individuals who were making a name for themselves to the ones now....what have you seen as the evolution and where do you see individuals in the future

Re: Evolution of the Crossfit Athlete

From my 2.5+ years I've seen the "ideal" crossfitter go from someone who is kinda strong and crushes metcons (Think OPT, Dutch, Speal), to someone that is very strong and crushes metcons (Jason Khalipa, Mikko Salo).

What's next?

I think the tests will have to change to see a new "top CFer" emerge.
