"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

pullups 92reps
pushups 107reps
situps 107reps
squats 112reps
total 418reps

It was tough to do by mydelf, it was hard to track time. but I'm happy with it. I'm just glad to get the workout in over the holiday weekend!!:)

Great work on the pull ups , thats a big number, soon the tabata 100 pull up will be yours.

I meant you will get 100 pull ups for your pull up tabata number as you got 92 this time.

Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

1.85lbs
2.95lbs
3.105lbs
4.115lbs
5.125lbs
6. I don't really count this one and the next one because i had a spot. 135lbs
7. soptted it after failed attempt. 145lbs

ran 800m to cool down.
