rolled my hips on ball 2:00min a side couch stretch with band 2:00min a side daily squat bar x5 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 320lbs(145k) x1 last rep slow and had to fight knees to stay out. |

I missed my day of squatting today nik. I was gonna do front squat 6x3 with 225lb today but legs are too tired. I'll save it for tomorrow.

stretch o rama
split stretch laying on my back bottom of feet together 35lbs plates on knees 3:00min ham stretch with band 2:00min a side ankle stretch with band pulling back and extending the knee over the tow 2:00min a side rolled the big lobe on the quad 5:00min a side band on pullup rack. arm in band like a sling 2:00min a side wrist in band ext rotated and head in arm pit 2:00min a side elbow up by head and band pulling hand down 2:00min a side I think that is all and I did'nt get time to finish. |
