what is your deadlift and power clean?
 
What are your maxes for deadlift and power clean? Just want some comparison for my own ratio. Thanks.

So your PC is about 57% of your DL. I'm curious what kind of percentages are average. Mine is about 70%.

445/455 depending on day

245 clean

Used to do 285 till I busted my wrist a year ago. Now I get scared to go heavier past that (hurts still also)

Now that I am 46 I only use my current numbers as a master so you need to take this into account :)

DL 170kgs/374lbs
Power clean 90kgs/198lbs

53%

The only goal I actually have now is to actually increase my C&J and power clean as this will improve allot of other things.

I believe 50% is a very good and realistic ratio, some have a bit more thou, but nothing huge.

The ideal range for someone with decent (not good) technique is around 50-55%. Some even go to 60% but I think that's the full clean for people with better technique. There are several articles around the web that point to that being the ideal number.

(squat) clean: 245 lbs
Deadlift: 365 lbs

I rarely do power cleans, so this is the better comparison I can give.

Thanks all.

I'm under performing on my deadlift, and I thought I'd see just how bad. Apparently, pretty bad if my ratio is around 70%. Seems to be more mental than anything. I'm something like 290 deadlift with a 200 power clean that was honestly pretty easy. I think I'm good for 215 for sure. Gotta get my mind right on at the beginning of these pulls.
