I was pretty crushed from yesterday's hero WOD and it seemed to affect my press and power clean. I opted to skip the weighted pull ups since the 100 I did yesterday seemed like enough assistance work.

It has been said on this forum that I didn't get low enough. I feel like I achieved parallele, but I will revisit this lift and make sure I pass below parallele.

5 - Parallete Pass Throughs (Dip to Push Ups)
10 - Hollow Rocks

*Rest 90 seconds between every 2 rounds
