Did rowing intervals today. 4x500 with 2 mins rest between each interval. Felt awful but was surprised with my times. I did this a while back and had pretty similar times but with 3 minutes rest. Also haven't been eating hardly any carbs recently...

Roughly a 30 min jog. Fell down on Jefferson. Went to 10 and jefferson and back. about 29 mins - probably 3.5 miles plus.
