First it was just cutting back on Pasta, Wholewheat Pancakes, Oatmeal, then the Grains said goodbye, hello the better fats, then my 2-5 apples a day went bye-bye, hello Paleo. Cultured veggies, steamed veggies/fish vs microwaving, good bye by trusted Japanese 800 Watt nuker, now I've bought a bamboo steamer and hand pounded Wok, oh ya, off to Goodwill goes my plastic bowls in favor of glass. CF training is really so much more then an effective training program, it's got great people, wealth of information, just waiting to be acted upon. I'm just wondering what's next......

Jay, I think the "what's next" is usually hinted at in the journals
Judging by the latest nutrition post, I would say it's green powder

I think the best thing would be to give away everything (including your clothes) and move out to the wilderness and live the rest of your life as a true hunter gatherer. Anything short of that means you're just not real serious about optimum health.
