WOD for 9/5
 
21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds
Ring dips


Am I reading this wrong? I see this as 3 different exercises because there are 3 different numbers for reps but it only says two different exercises. I'm sure I am an idiot and cannot read this right yet. Can someone clarify?

Yo, it means that you do the first excersice for 21 reps and then the second for 21 reps. THEN you do the first excercise for 15 and then the second for 15. Lastly , you do the first ex. for 9 and then the last one for 9 reps. Back to back. No rest. Yo brother, you should read up a little more on CF's home page before you ask another doozy like that!!
