Row 500m, BW Bench press, 30 reps
Row 1000m, BW Bench press, 20 reps
Row 2000m, BW Bench press, 10 reps

27:53 Rx'd - Officially moved to 180 as my BW So I used 180 on the bench..

This was a PR - and last time I did it I used (and weighed) 165. Pretty cool I guess...

The box was doing 'Cindy' or 'Mary', and I had a 6:30 cancellation so I found the opportunity to WOD with the group! Woohoo!

Did 'Cindy' Way off my PR but the 1st time I've done them with 'real chest to deck' push-ups.

For those of you that think you're doing C2D push-ups. You're probably not.

16 + 1 Pull-up. Blaahh...

Did some easy clean and jerks yesterday. I'm going to try to up my volume a bit to see if that fixes my constant soreness. Seems like I don't bounce back the same anymore.

Wasn't planning on working out twice but when Ms. Olympia (the real one from '09 2nd place in '10) shows up at your gym and is the only one there for her 1st workout! You jump in!! And I did! And she beat me :rofl:

That WOD looks TERRIBLE!
I can tell by how simple it is -- just a bit of pushing and pulling, eh?

Rough day today. I planned on about 35 mins to finish this WOD - assuming it would take me way less time as I had a meeting scheduled.

3 Rounds for time
10 muscle ups
10 forward rolls
20 one legged squats, alternating
20 yard handstand walk

28:30 - 2 rounds only. Muscle ups gave me lots of trouble and took way too long. Not sure if it's bodyweight related or a bad day. handstand walks were easiest. forward rolls were different but okay. Pistols sucked as always.

Overhead squat
I kind of messed up the plates and I think I did one of these twice but it was something like

1 - 135
1 - 155
1 - 175
1 - 195
1 - 195
1 - 205
1 - 215 (missed jerk)
1 - 215. Not sure if it's a PR or not...need to check.

Then I did Vinny's little go to WOD of death by 10 meters...I'm scheduled to do a sprint WOD but the weather won't allow for that right now.

16 rounds + 14.
