My workout log
 
Hopefully logging my progressions will help me stay motivated. It's time to get serious about staying fit.

Day 1: 11am at station 2

21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:
Power clean 95 pounds
Sit-ups
Back extensions

3x around the neighborhood. About 1/2 miles.
50 KB swings each time around.

Felt good.
