21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Thrusters, 95/65 Over Bar Burpees 13:37 4 Secs off my PR from a few years ago...I'll take it...40 years old now. 03/30 Did my little gymnastics work out today as well... 3 Rounds Max Pull-ups - 11, 9, 8 - 28 Dips - 8, 6, 5 - 19 Chins - 10, 8, 7 - 25 Ring Push Ups - 12, 11, 14 - 37 Total on Big 3 - 72 Previous time was 59. Fun to see these #'s go up. 13 Rep PR over last time. |

Front Squats 135x5 165x3 180x3 195x3 210x3 225x3 240x1 (missed) Wanted 3 but my upper back felt way too weak so I didn't try another rep. Slow weak...only worked out twice - planned on taking it easy after open anyway and my daughter was off all week for Easter break. |

Did 'Cindy' today. 15 rounds + 10 Push-ups and didn't go crazy. Couldn't even get 11 rounds in September. Still push-ups that are the worst...first 5 rounds unbroken push-ups. Happy with this even thought not near my PR. |

Did back squats last week. Didn't go too heavy, up to 215 I think.

Tabata this stuff...
I want to get better at push-ups so I'm going to do a 100 day push-up challenge. 1 on Day 1. 2 on Day 2 Etc. Keep them unbroken as long as possible.
