Back on hatch squat Cycle 2 week 1 day 1 Back squat 10x185 8x215 6x235 4x250 Front squat 5x170 5x195 5x195 5x195 Holy crap was I sore from this. It's wednesday night and I'm still feeling it! 01/12 For time Row 500m 21 push press, 115 Row 500 21 push press, 95 Row 500 21 push press, 75 8:43 01/13/15 Did this one from last almost a few years ago... 03/01/13 7 rounds for time/weight 35 Double unders 1 snatch (squat) 14:40 135-140-145-150-155-160-165 Surprised that I hit the 160 and 165 that easily...kind of took my time on this one - double unders were okay, not great. Today I was just kind of playing it by ear 135 (didn't feel great so did it again) 135 145 155 165 (didn't feel great so I did it again) 165 (landed on my knees) 170 (miss) ~15:00. Forgot to note the exact time. Double unders were super easy for some reason. |

Okay crap....Week 2 Day 1 of Hatch 10x185 8x200 6x215 6x235 6x250 - miss. Ouch...tweaked my back. Same spot. Need to rest for a few weeks now. It's a disc that likes to get inflamed. I think I maybe went down a bit too aggressive. Finished with a few negative muscle ups. 01/20 7 mins of burpees to 6 inch target 89 01/21 4 rounds Row 500m Rest 2 mins 1:39.9 1:46.6 1:49.9 1:49.6 Need to look up previous #'s here. |

And the first one was the first time I made it all the way down under control. |

Just tried squatting a bit...to see how I felt. wasn't too bad. 02/01 Did a partner WOD with the group...bunch of wall balls, box jumps, some ring dips, pull-ups and air squats. 02/04 Hatch Cycle 2. Hope I got 222 on this. Which was a 2 rep PR. I was shooting for 17 average in the first round, 15 on 2nd and 13 on 3rd. I was good until the last set of chest to bar pull-ups I did a few extra thrusters in each round to make the C2B pull-ups a bit less taxing. Looked like this. Here is the order Burpees Power snatch, 75 Box jump, 24 Thrusters, 75 C2B pull-ups Rd1 17 17 17 20 14 Rd2 15 15 15 17 13 Rd 3 13 13 13 14 9 222. 02/06 Power clean + 2 jerks 135x2 165x1 175x1 185x1 195x1 205x1 miss - first jerk was horrible push press. 02/07 Re-did hatch week 1 day 2. |

AMRAP in 20 mins Row 500m Max bench press, 135 Tried to keep my row under 2 mins...that went out the window after round 2. 20 15 12 (2 ish min row) 11 (2:06) 12 (2:10) I've done 5 rounds of this before with 15 reps per round at about 19 mins. This is a different kind of workout though. Hatch Week 2 Day 1 Cycle 2 This is the one I hurt myself on a few weeks ago. Back squat 10x185 8x200 6x215 6x235 6x250 Front squat 5x170 5x195 5x210 5x210 Felt heavy but I was really focused on not dropping down to fast and NOT bouncing out of the bottom. |

WOD 1 3rm Hang power clean Finished at 210 WOD 2 75 over bar hand release tandem burpees. 8:04 as a team WOD 3 80 Cal Row 60 TTB 40 thrusters - The heavier the more points I did 18 at 155 I think.... Had a good time! |
