squat
45lbs x5 115lbs x5 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 work sets 310lbs (140.6k) x2 x2 315lbs (142k) x2 325lbs (147k) x1 x1 last rep at 315 was a bit high. 325lbs was fun, first one ok but knees went in and I had to fight them out again. last rep knees went in bad and almost missed the rep and stalled out, but I was able to force it back out and save the rep. AMRAP in 12 minutes of: •20 Double unders •15 Knees-to-elbows •20 wall-balls 4 rounds goat day for me. K2E were broke form the start, I'm not strong here. Thety were in 2 sets. Wallball not good. Broke again at the begining. Split into 2 sets. broke for a 5 cound in the middle maybe more. Not good. DUs good, 3 set brok at 16 for a miss and got back in it. Hard workout to keep at. I did not like it. Big goat work for me here. Glad to do it. But shamed at the few rounds. I hoped for 6. |

Quick note. I now have the shakes. I'm not sure why. But I'm shaking pretty good. I feel fine. Like I have done a hard workout. But shaking none the less.

Strong score on the workout Nik , well done. On the shakes.. have you eaten properly today, a hard metcon on not much food would produce this, that or too much caffeine combined with not enough food.

I think it was food. After I ate lunch, really half way through lunch I was fine. I has a sip of Cathys Coffe, no cafeen other then that today. I am glad to see you got 5 plus rounds. I was freating the 4 rounds. Not so much now. |

3:00 break
5 rounds 5 reps deadlift at 235lbs 5 C2B pullups time 3:19 Deads unbroken pullups 4 set unbroken last set 3/2 Pullups alot harder then I expected. I think some of that is from the T2B earlier. First time in a long time I had to break a set. Still the point was to go fast. Ok with that. I just need to pick up the dang bar faster. |

Thanks Scott. I get the shakes every now and then, it wasnt bad or destressing. Happy with the 4 rounds. It was a goat workout for me. |

Sat I did a little lifting but nothing worth talking about. I mostly coaqched Cathy and got some rope climbing in ect.
Today. at the track 3 rounds for time 20 KB swings 2pood 400m run time 10:24 not to bad. First set of KB unbroken, last two sets were 11/9 runsa first ok, last two slow and painful. The KB really hurts the run. On he last two I was able to pick it up a bit after abot 100 or more meters. |
