Streching

2:00 min a side couch strech with band
2:00 min a side lunge strech with band pulling leg back
2:00 min a side calf strech
1:00 min a side twisting back strech( lay on floor, twist left knee over body and tuch floor, try to keep shoulder down, hold for a min)

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

145lbs

190lbs(86k) F,F, good rep
The fails were getting the bar from my back to overhead.

FS
185lbs
205lbs
225lbs
245lbs
250lbs(113k) (hard rep) I called it here for time also.

Back squat
205lbs
225lbs
255lbs
275lbs
300lbs(136k)
Called the squat there. I have visiters come in as I was setting up on 295 and just bumped it to 300 nailed the rep and called it. I had time for a few more reps, I know I had 305, probably 310, meaning I had more in the tank.

Happy enough though this shows I need to work on front squat.

Thanks, I want more on the FS. I guess you have to front squat to get a better front squat?!?!

Thanks Milt, the OHS is a 1 rep pr it seems after looking back. My old pr was 175lba after 3 trys. So big improvement there. Now if I can translate some of that into my snach!!

Not much

My shoulders are fried after the OHSs

I did a few muscle ups, took alot of focus to get just a few.

Went on to hang squat snach 3x3 265lbs working good finish and speed in the middle.

I also did a few HSPUs but like I said, my shoulders are done.

I've noticed you posting in Scott's log so i thought i would check yours out, and im glad i did.

Awesome figures on all 3 squats. Can i ask what your body weight is?
