Looks like a good one! Many people have trouble with HSPU's or L-pullups, and those DB squat cleans can get nasty too. I'm gonna murder this one tomorrow!! :gunsmilie Watch for a fast one! How bout RICH!? Guy is the truth!! |

Richard made it look easy didn't he? He didn't looked stressed or tired. He got a bit of a wobble on the overhead carry at one point, but that is about it. Even when he was doing singles on the last set of pullups it looked good. He is real smat and efficent in his work. |

Warmup tp day was 30GHD's 30 Backext 40lbs 30 abmatt situps with 25lbs overhead.
I didn't do anything else. I'm feeling really tired right now. I hope it is bad eating and little sleep. It may be burnout. I don't really feel that energetic today. We will see how the workouts goes. One rep, one set, one round at a time. :shrug: |

Seven rounds for time of:
10 Handstand push-ups 45lb dumbbells Squat clean, 10 reps 10 L-pull-ups heavily scaled. HSPU's to abmatt cleans with 40lbs DB's(no 45's) ''L'' pull's RX'd time 34:45 HSPU's were aweful. I broke them all up. I tried to keep the breaks short, but it didn't take long for failure. Cleans unbroken ''L'' pull's all singles. This was an exercize in endurance. I wanted to stop, but finished it. |

I'm thinking about taking the week off. My left shoulder and arm are really sore and weak. I'll see how I feel tomorow.
