Doctor up date.
Goods and bads Goods, blood work came back great, everything looks fine and the doctor said I'm in great health. Bads, we don't know what happened. So I am still on less volume and I will go back in a month to re check blood to make sure it was a once off. So no major metcon, but heavy lifting is fine. The Idea is that when the bodt gets starved of oxygen it produces moor blood to carry more oxygen. So in my volume and with metcons it is possible that I was putting my body in a state of less oxygen 4 times a day and that may have been the trigger. Now we get another ''clean'' blood test abd add from there and see. |

Squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 305lbs x1 355lbs(161k) x1 310lbs(140k) x3 all pretty good, the 355 was a little rough and almost had me psyched out but it was ok. Knees out more. The 3 reps were fine I had it in my mentally for more reps but my form was giving on the 3rd reps so I called it there. Happy squatting. |

3:00 train wreck
I was going to work on snatches and warmed up with: 1 hang squat snatch, 1 full snatch 75lbs 95lbs 125lbs then a truck came and I had 2:00mins left so I did 50 reps weighted ab mat situps with 25lbs over head. |

That is great news Nik, you could easily cut it down to 2 sessions a day plus one for mobility where the heart does not increase, without it bothering you, even I only need one real good hit of training a day.

10 HSPUs 30 GHDs 30 back ext 10 HSPUs 10 WIDE c2B dead hangs 30 ab matt situps 10 close over hand dead hangs 30 squats 10 close under hand dead hangs 30 push ups rolled my back 1:00min rolled piriformis 2:00min a side rolled hip flexers 1:00min a side calf stretch 1:00min a side squat bar x3 135lbs x3 feeling good. Heel still not right, but hurting less. Shoulder a little tired todat from the muscle ups yesterday, but ok. |
