Nice pressing Nik! I have a hard time with strict press, think its got something to do with all the shoulder injuries I've had from rugby!

Thanks, I have a hard time pressing too, but it is just because I'm weak in that lift. I have been needing to work on it. But it is tough when I reall don't like it much. But if I can keep on it, it will pay off. |

Shoulder press is one of those annoying lifts as it takes so long to see any progress! Alot of time needs to be dedicated to getting big gains. |

Ok so I was sick last week and missed Thurs through Sunday. Last week I also did not metcon because I was really struggling the week befor. The last 3 weeks have really sucked.
I did not have time to post this morning. |
