I know on the Masters, I mean it ALMOST seems like an after though and that they are swept to the side for the ''real'' action.

Yes its in a different stadium, but what the hell Nik, I just want some of those great T's with JENKINS on the back, funny thats what drives me the most :D

I can see the picture now, this time next year Nik with our NICHOLS and JENKINS T shirts on, I like the light orange coloured ones the most!!

Me too on the orange. I need to get bar MUs down though.

You know I had a spell of trying to get them and failed for months, in the end I managed doing it with the one arm then the other method. In the main site vid today they make it look so easy, I put so much effort into it and still fall backwards.

I was told that with my ''natural'' BF kip that I'm to horizontal. Plus I do'nt have a good bar to practice on. I have my pullup bar, but the flat part puts my hands to close together.

done in 5:44

all easy reps, even the last one. I went slow on the last rep and still managed it out of the hole easy enough.


5/3/1 dead lift
135lbs x5
185lbs x5
235lbs x5
285lbs(129k) x5

easy enough. It is hard right now to stay on the program because I can lift more then this, but given time it will pay off.

6 rounds for time of:
18 Overhead Walking Lunges (20/10kg)
15 Bumper Plate Pressups
30 Double unders


Scaled to one arm over head lunges with 1pood KB over head 9rep one arm 9 rep the other.

Time 14:40

good workout. Dus broke but not back
pushups unbroken to round 3 and then fatigued but stayed on them.

In the spirit of the games I went out on my uneven pullup bar and figured out bar muscle ups, I did 10 reps with a couple of misses once i got the first one. I ca'nt string them together but I can do singles.

Bar muscle up singles x10.
