First WOD
 
This morning i practized my first wod

6rounds of:

The Bear (as many as possible)
Push up (as many as posible)
400meters of rowing (machine)
Crunch (as many as posible)

after each round i took 1 minute of rest

After a few years of training as a powerlifter, my condition tells mee that it's time for a change.
Before i started with powerlifting i was a trail-runner. My condition made it possible to run for 4 hours. Then a few injures stopped me from running, cycling was also not a good idea. I gained many kilo's of weight.

My goal now is to enjoy exercise, maybe start running again and play with some barbells ;-)
