Thanks for the info! I actually really like the tingle! I guess I know it works and I have been taking BA for a while. Something in my mind just gets that extra boost when I feel the tingle. If it tingles then I think it is working! Lol but thanks for the info I may try breaking into two doses through the day.

So I have been on BA for a couple weeks now and the first time I took it, I took two and definitely noticed the tingling sensation. I wasn't all that fond of it so I started taking just one at time spaced throughout the day. The last couple of days though, due mostly to forgetting about taking them earlier in the day, I've gone back to taking them two at the time. The only difference is that I no longer have any tingling sensation.

Is this normal? Has my body just adjusted already?

Sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't. (I split it up in 2-2.5g doses, one in the morning and one w/ PWO - just for convenience). It may be adaptation...according to wikipedia, it is about 10mg per kg body weight to cause paresthesia.

For the most part I don't even notice it anymore, but I found if I do anything strenuous after (10-30mins) taking it, the tingling is noticeable.
