Might be a silly question but after performing a squat snatch how are we suppose to bring the bar back to the ground. Can we just drop it since I have bumpers. The concern I have is I'm only using 65 pounds, so it might make my 10lb bumpers bend. Although I do have the rogue bumpers and rogue bar.

With only 65lbs, there's really no reason for you to drop the bar. You can easily control that weight down. Yes, 10lb bumpers will likely bend and eventually break from repeated dropping. Newer 10lb bumpers, may be made a little sturdier, but it's still a good idea NOT to drop them.
