First Michael
Did my first 'Michael' today. Came in at 26.02, I think isn't too bad for my first time (and only 3 weeks into crossfit). My running wasn't up to my usual standard (seemed to be lacking energy today). Anyway can't wait for it to come around again, I know I can shave a few minutes off my time.

Good time dude, I'm still struggling to get to 25:00 and I've been doing this for months. Nothing to be ashamed of!

cheers dude, i just know that i'm normally quicker. its the heavy lifting i need to work on;)
