Hey just realized that I've hit the 6 month mark for actively doing crossfit. So I took a look at my before and after figures... finally found the original measurements and it's pretty sweet...

198 lbs/187 lbs
waist:35.5"/32.5"
Stomach:35"/34"
Chest: 41.5"/43.5"
Shoulders:49"/52.5"
Bicep:14.25"/15.5"
Forearm:11.5"/12.75"
Upper Leg: 24"/24.5"
Lower Leg:15.25"/16"
Neck:16.5"/17.25"

All in all I woul dhave to say that this is working out alright for me haha. I gues I have busted the "losing size on X-Fit myth"
