When I see people do this or wear wrist wraps it really erks me. I just stand off to the side and say loudly to my training partner how silly that looks. It just screams noob. I would usually go over and help but I found my valuable advice was being ignored, so I no longer waste my breath on these noobies. It has nothing to do with me coming across as a complete D bag either, I just think they don't understand the value of the advice I give them. So I no onger waste my time except to flex some internets muscles every now and then. I never do this type of thing because the other elite lifters would laugh and s****** at me too.

Edit: The last s word was s-n-i-g-g-e-r ..... c'mon filter.

Does anyone know of a team harness contraption you can attach to a car for competitive car pulls? We are trying to hold all the weak links in our box accountable by forcing them to keep up with the fire breathers and the ropes we are currently using make it too easy to drop and rest :thanx:

Oak, definitely. It's high in protein and healthy fats.
But wait, I'm not sure if paleo man had access to oak.. Just bring a big stick and hunt other people at the party.
