good. way to represent CF properly... oh sorry, I mean CrossFit (because calling it anything else apparently risks the brand and future of the sport of fitness).... but, are your shorts fur? only fur is paleo. if you go to a fur wrap for your loins you can probably add 100lbs to your lift quickly. you can add another 100 lbs by only cooking over an open fire and eating with your hands

Andrew, I just caught an o'possum in my backyard. It was daylight and it was going kinda crazy, when it latched on to my forearm I was able to smash it against the fence and break its neck. I'm going to make some shorts from it. Thanks for the idea.

"And quit Facebooking and texting about “Xfit.” You’re giving the bad guys ammunition to use against us."

Phew ... luckily, I only tweet that stuff.
WTF is "facebooking" anyway?

Facebook is a social media website and it is NOT PALEO!!!

Quick tip Clint, The well endowed man will need at least 2 possums to make an adequate shorts or you could have some awkward moments with HSPUs :D Believe me I am speaking from personal experience

OMG!! PEC-DEC of course!!!! They work better with mirrors right in front for some reason, but you have to wear a tank top too. Find one that you can turn your body around, and you got the best rear delt exercise you can imagine!!!! Overtime, you can progress to butterflying the whole stack! Man I use to love those. :)

If I buy $30 compression socks and wear them, how much will my clean go up, do you figure? 30lb or 45lb? Is it better if they're red?

I just got a new squat rack but it's hard to balance my dumbells in those J hook things at the top. Is there a special attachment I can buy for dumbells ?

Hmm not a bad idea wonder if there is a preacher curl attachment built for that squat rack. I could probably copy that with some 2x4s.
