Maybe. It's probably for the best. He could never hope to be as good as Rich Froning anyways.

Hi, I have been crossfitting by myself for a while now and my neighbor is interested in starting. I have a 45# bar so am OK, but he only has a 35# bar. We have 4x45# bumper plates between us but is there anyway we can both do the workout RX with 135 pounds ?

Rich Frowning has got nothing on Dan Bailey. It once took Dan Bailey 4 minutes to do a 12 minute AMRAP.
