Wed was teach class, shoulder rehab, ghr- 50 reps and ghd 50 reps.

Met up with my family for a dinner. Was a good time.

Will have to do my own thing and not do the class. I have a meeting to get to.

Tomorrow is Grace. Might go heavy?

Friday- shoulder rehab in the AM. Class warm up and more rehab in the pm.

Workout- did not read the workout right. Was a tough one for me.

EMOM 10
1st 15 wall balls- 30#
2nd 15 kb swings 70#

rest 2 min.

21-15-9
95# thrusters
200 meter run... a quit in this one.. but carried forward.

rest 2 min..
one armed kb farmer carry. 200 on the right and 200 on the left. Well that was 10x's harder than doing both at the same time.

I did not really look at the time. Just wanted to get it done. Diet has been off and that counts alot. Life's been happening and that's ok.

Did some warm up clean and jerks... everything was super heavy. Just cheered on the peeps doing Grace.

One guy did it with 275# wow..

Saturday was the free class.. almost 50 peeps showed up.

Warm up with the class-
200 meter sprint, then plank while next person ran, then max cal row, then Air squats and 1 rest station. Team of 5.

Power snatch- 45-175- felt good in the lighter weights but form went away when it got heavy for the day.

Snatch pulls- 1 from floor and 2 from 1" off the ground. Worked up to a heavy 265#.

Headed to LA to watch the Cowboys and the Rams. My two kids and friends joined me. Was a good time. But left at 2PM and got back home at 2AM.

Sunday spent time in a meeting then with my GF and Grand daughter.

Sunday did some shoulder rehab. Chill day with meeting, visited my grand daughter. Monday drove over to Vegas to pick up a friend in need. Long nite for sure. No workout on Monday.

Tuesday went to globo world. Did my secret training.. hehe. Was super tired from driving all night then working all day.

Wed back to the gym. Shoulder rehab then group warm up and stretching.

Diane... have not done this in 9 months. My shape is not the best.
3.2.1... go.. did the first set of dl in 24 seconds.. good time.. then busted out the hspu.. :54 for R1. Then the bar got heavy 9/6 with about 5 or 10 seconds rest, 15 un broken hspu. The time got away from me. I did not attack the transitions. 5/4 was out of shape tires, short pause then hit a slow 9. Just over 3 min, slowest time since doing it for the first time back in 2012. I am fine with this. Best was 2:30.

Rest 15 min then Annie.
50-40-30-20-10
Dubs
Sit ups

Was going well until the 40 sit ups. First round 2 min. My abs were hurting. The Diane was still in my body. Ended up sub 7 min.. I think that my best time is near low 6 min ish. I don't really know.

Thursday- short rehab shoulder then bike ride. Endurance on the bike is good. But the max was off. Went to a meeting afterwards. Had to get the doggie some food and myself a hamburger.

Friday- shoulder rehab then group warm up.
EMO2M- 15 burpee box jump overs about :90 work and :30 off
Rest 2 min-
50 thrusters DB 50# each time you break you run/walk 200 meters
18/15/12/5 was wanting to just run 2x's but they got heavy.
Rest 2 min
40 low carry db lunges
50 push ups
40 low carry db lunges-
Took just under 31 min or so.

Went to a meditation meeting afterwards.

Saturday- class warm up and some shoulder rehab. Partner workout but with no partner. Tried to keep up with the teams of 2 but could not hold them off.

200 meter run with wall ball 20#
30 wall balls
5 burpees
30 snatches with 50# db's
5 burpees

Did 2 rounds in 10 min..

Cool down and then clean practice.

1 squat clean
1 hang squat clean
45-225# weight was super heavy. Technique was good from the ground but the hang misses the scoop.

Went home and cleaned out 2 back room. Had construction and excess junk. Now the garage is home to this mess. Watched a couple of movies.

Sunday was my AA 15th year sober birthday celebration. Then went to a fund raiser for dogs and cats.. then home to chill.

Back to the grind!

Tuesday- went in for some hydro massage and shoulder rehab.

Bike efforts legs were tired but got pr on max watts 1580.

Met with my sponsor last night then watched a cool movie Me before you.

Overall great day and movie.

Today is my birthday 49 years old. Made it .. when I was 29 I did not think that I would make it to 30 because of all the wine, women and song I was doing. Happy about this.

Congratulations Vic :D

Big 49...... so what did you get for your birthday?

I'm 48 on Friday ... only thing I ever want is a big chocolate cake, big enough for 8 people.... half goes to the family and the rest is for me :D

Alex, Happy birthday young man! 48 that was a strong year for me in many ways.

Got dinner with so many people that I love. Some money, coffee card, framed picture.. going to Santa Barbara with my sweetheart on Saturday.

Taking the train, then biking over to our Airbnb.

Wed 4PM class- shoulder warm up and class warm up.

EMOM 15
Power snatch- did not quite get under them much. Form was good till it got up to 80% ended up 175# , 185# almost but did not fret much about it.

3 rft
400 meter
20 kb swings 70#
20' hswalk

Our running is not that fast. Did everything un broken but lagged a bit on the middle run. 8:47ish..

Went out to celebrate my 49th birthday. Part of me has been thinking wait till I get 50 and go to the games. That is the best year to do it. But that would be wasting 1+ year. I gotta get on the slow down time year. Just finding ways to think inside my feelings and experience my emotions.

Headed to a meeting tonight after work and my bike training.
