I don't know if this should be posted on the testimonial page, but I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the results I'm getting from CF. My original goal of starting CF was to get ready for Airborne School. I only CF 2x week and do Army PT 5x week. I had to take my pt test and set a new PR (42 pu, 70 su, 15:53 run). My distance runs (4-5 miles) are getting faster and faster, and overall strength has improved. I'm just glad I found CF Cape Fear. I will be heading down to Benning for Airborne school in a few weeks, so I'll post after I complete it. Thanks to all of you for your support and sharing of knowledge. Amy

Amy, congrats on the new PR for the APFT. Airborne school is a piece of cake compared to the Crossfit workouts.
