Cervical Radiculopathy
 
Can anyone give me some advice on Cervical radiculopathy I have a relatively mild case for the past 2 weeks (never had it before). Ive doing crossfit for about a year Im 53 years old so if anyone can help, thru experiencing it and treatment/s that worked.Also if its something I have to live with?

Usually from straining can be from just general wear and tear, usually gets better on its own in 30 days without stressing it, can try PT, chiro treatments, can be chronic if you don't listen to it. Watch out for numbness tingling or weakness in arms or hands.

Thanks for the advice, already got the tingling in my righthand but no numbness or weakness. Doesnt seem to be getting any worse maybe a little better over the past few days anyway I will go see someone about it .
