Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 Rest 60 seconds between sets

185-190-195-200-205-210-215-220-225-230 PR

Happy! Didn't know how this was going to go with the short rest period between sets. Not a huge fan of doing timed max effort lifts but got through it fine. Weighed 115 on the nose this morning so got double body weight for 2.

Upped the weight on everything except the KB swings. That was the same as last time. Felt good today.

Some awesome deadlifts there. Great job. That Lumberjack 20 looked like a great time too.

3 years, feels as I can't get a break. Although it is a training facility and a great opportunity its hard on us. Just bought a house in 08 and now have to debate on renting or selling. If I can sell it and break even in 6 months time I'd have no issue, but we just put so much money into this year.

Either way, Germany excites me. I can not wait to travel Europe for CHEAP. If you ever get an urge to travel, swing by!

50 box jumps 20"
50 jumping pull ups
50 kb swings 12 kg
50 walking lunge steps
50 GHD sit ups
50 push press 33#
50 back ext
50 wall ball shots 14#
50 burpees
150 single unders (someone took my jump rope :( )

Not my best performance! Ab muscle was cramping up during the sit ups. Still kind of smoked from Lumberjack 20 yesterday. Had to use a crappy jump rope because someone took mine while I was doing the other stuff, so just did triple the singles.
